Jay , has three decades of experience in commercial banking, real estate development, financial planning, and accounting.
Jay was a chief lending officer and credit analyst in the banking sector, the CFO of ProMed Jobcare, and the founder of The Mitigation Group, matching developers and property owners with wetlands-mitigation opportunities.
Jay is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking’s Commercial Lending School. He has consulted for McNeese State University, the Southwest Louisiana Economic Development Alliance, and the University of Louisiana–Lafayette.
Teri Fear - Agent
Teri brings over 14 years of experience in the real estate industry, serving clients throughout Calcasieu and Jefferson Davis Parishes. With a strong foundation as an Executive Assistant in a real estate office, she has developed an in-depth understanding of the industry from the ground up.
Teri’s expertise spans property management for both residential and commercial properties, along with experience in a wide range of real estate transactions - including residential homes, commercial buildings, and land. Her well-rounded background allows her to support clients with insight, organization, and attention to detail at every stage of the process.
